In this two-hour workshop, students will be invited to explore what it’s like to settle in to their body and align with gravity. As the body begins to find physical stillness, we’ll look inward to the constant motion that is our aliveness: thoughts, breath, longings, emotions, heartbeat. Woven throughout will be aromatherapy, mudras, pranayama, meditation, gentle supported postures, and invitations into self-inquiry.
