Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days and ship out from Columbus, OH via Flat Rate UPS. We don't currently have express shipping available.
Sekoia is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen while in transport. If you would like your package to be insured please contact us at email@example.com and we will bill you for the additional charge.
At this time we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If your order arrives with defective or wrong items, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get your order corrected.
